The high-frequency quenching furnace is composed of a furnace body, a furnace door, a heating power supply component, a ventilation cooling system and a control system.

The furnace body is welded by steel and steel plates. The inner wall of the lining is connected with the furnace shell by a stainless steel plate. The furnace body and the furnace sandwich are filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation.

The furnace door is designed in the lower part of the furnace body, that is to say the entry and exit of the workpiece is in and out from below. The lower opening of the furnace body is opened, and the opening and closing action of the furnace door is performed by a mechanical transmission method, and is completed by an electric motor, a reduction gear box, a sprocket, a chain, a track, and the like.

The heating element is made of a high-resistance alloy resistance strip, which is placed on both sides of the inner liner by a special hook to be insulated from the inner liner.

The ventilator consists of a blower and an air deflector. The blast motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element. The heating element can only be energized when the blower is turned on. This ensures that the heating element can operate under ventilation.

The loading basket and the loading and unloading truck are welded by steel profiles, and the horizontal center of gravity is adjusted to hang up and down. The electric furnace is equipped with a basket and a material truck to ensure that the user can work in time. When feeding, the basket is mounted on the trolley, pulled out and pushed forward. When entering the lower part of the furnace body, the furnace door is opened and the hoisting machine works, hooking the chain, hoisting the loading basket into the furnace, and closing the furnace door for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, move the machine, put the loading basket into the pool for quenching treatment, then put the water basket on the plane of the trolley, the chain is unhooked, the hoist is lifted, and the trolley is pulled out. A cooling system can be designed under the furnace body so that the workpiece can enter the pool for quenching treatment in a short time.

The control part adopts automation, digital display, etc. for temperature control and alarm.

The electric furnace is equipped with a limit switch on the furnace door closing mechanism and the loading lifting mechanism. The switch is in contact with the control cabinet power supply. When the workpiece is raised to the highest point, the furnace door is turned on and off, and the heating element power is contacted. When the furnace door is opened, the power of the heating element is turned off, and the power of the lifting mechanism is turned on to lower the workpiece for water quenching.

Third, the conditions of use

1. Indoor use.

2. The ambient temperature is in the range of –5 °C to 40 °C.

3. The average monthly relative humidity of the area used is not more than 85%, and the average temperature of the month is not higher than 30 °C.

4. There are no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that can seriously damage metal and insulation.
