1. Annealing the workpiece to a suitable temperature, using different holding times according to the material and the workpiece size, and then slowly cooling (the slowest cooling rate), in order to achieve or close to the equilibrium of the internal metal structure, to obtain good process performance and Use performance or prepare for further quenching.

2. The use of induction heating instead of gas or furnace for preheating has several advantages. At the same time, the heat can be precisely controlled, which can reduce the temperature during welding and thus reduce the cooling rate. In addition, it also helps to reduce the risk of cold cracking and hardening.   Conditions of Use

Safe operation

Before starting the machine, first check whether the water, gas and electricity are connected. After the switch-on, the following operations can be performed;

    Operators must prepare appropriate insulated shoes, gloves, etc.

    The operator must have the appropriate electrical knowledge.

    Before the equipment is repaired, the electric brake must be pulled off to determine the disconnection of the power supply, and then the discharge treatment is carried out. Then, after the maintenance card is hung, the maintenance is repeated. If it must be energized, more than two people must be present, but high-voltage operation is never allowed.

    Before starting the machine, first make sure that the waterway is normal, and all parts of the equipment are normal before allowing the power to be turned on.

    First open a filament, and then turn on the second filament after five minutes. After five minutes, the high voltage can be sent.

    Before sending the high voltage, make sure that the output adjustment potentiometer is at the minimum position, then send the high voltage and adjust the output voltage to the working voltage.

    After confirming that there is a workpiece, press the heating button to make the device work, but never allow no-load heating.

    If there is an abnormal situation in the equipment during work, you must immediately disconnect the power supply and check the cause before working.

    After the equipment is finished, first disconnect the heating, then disconnect the high voltage, then turn off the filament and disconnect the power.

    After the equipment has stopped working, you must wait five minutes before disconnecting the water source.

    During the work of the equipment, if there is something to leave, you must do it. If the person leaves the machine, it will never be allowed. When the machine is not in use, the machine is still working.
