Selection of solder

Flame welding method

According to the volume ratio of oxygen and acetylene gas, it can be divided into three types: carbonized flame, neutral flame and oxidized flame.

High frequency induction heating welding method

The induction heating welding method has the heating fast position, the quasi-temperature is uniform, and there is no open flame and no pollution. Equipped with mechanical components such as robotic arms for automated production operations, this is never possible with flame welding methods.

High-frequency welding is an induction heater that uses a high-frequency heating machine to match the size of the workpiece. The power of the high-frequency welding output is adjusted according to the welding process requirements such as the solder joint temperature. Time control is added at some time during the appropriate temperature. Solder (some copper parts can be pre-added with solder), the welding can be completed, simple and convenient, and the novice can be skilled in 10 minutes. According to the production needs, it can be equipped with a hand-held mobile operation terminal. Wherever it goes to solder, it can not only realize the copper-to-copper welding, but also realize the brazing of copper, copper, copper and iron.

Of course, high-frequency welding is not without its disadvantages. For example, a power supply requiring a certain load requires a water source at some time, and different workpieces need to be replaced with corresponding induction heating coils. However, these disadvantages can be neglected for flame welding. At present, the biggest disadvantage of high-frequency welding is that it cannot weld certain odd-shaped irregular copper workpieces, but it is an advantage of flame welding.
